Parts of the past week I have and Alma spent at Vojtas parents because Vojta had some errands to run. Alma has now learned to get up on the sofa bed soul row which unfortunately also means she jumps up on the edge of the sofa, which in turn gives a much higher vertical pec 37 than what can be considered appears appropriate of a ten-month-old infant. Agneta was visiting this weekend and together with the father / grandfather and Alma, we took a tour of Luhačovice. Since Vojtas dad thought it was a bit difficult to pronounce Agneta's name, she was over the weekend called for Anička instead. This reminds me of a post that Petra posted pec 37 on his blog about the Czech name. It simply is not so easy with all these strange foreign names. Father in law thought it was time I learned to make real Czech "Rizky" and it's not only right if I ever be able to pick some Czech mistress points. He was probably a little worried about my cooking skills after being invited to the tortillas with meat and vegetables at home with us in Prague. Alma likes to walk along the stroller. Since she can not walk without support walking she simply round and round. Another thing that you can usefully stroll around the wash carousel. Alma examines the flowers in the garden.

We are now returned home after spending a few nights in Olomouc. Pet'a, a friend of Vojta, live there and because he is studying history, he is also a very good guide. We went by train to Olomouc, but it was a little longer pause in Luhačovice, so we took the opportunity to try one of their cafes. Pet'as residence are on a monastery and since I and Vojta is now married, we got to stay in their guest department. Last time we visited jobrapido Pet'a in Olomouc, it was summer and the weather is nice, but unfortunately we had pretty bad luck with the weather this time. The Basilica in Olomouc is located on the Holy Hill (Svatý Kopeček). It is much bigger than it looks to be in this picture, but because of the bad weather, I could not get a good picture at a sufficient distance to get the whole thing. We also took a tour of the Olomouc zoo, as there were so many others did in the bad weather. The giraffes looked quite happy and satisfied out and so did the monkeys. The reindeer on the other hand looked pretty depressed out. The question really is why you have to have some animals in zoos. It's not even particularly fun to watch reindeer. However, most animals have much larger place than they have at the zoo in Prague. Where it sometimes feels as if they see it as a sport to squeeze as many animals as possible in the smallest possible space. Pet'a, jobrapido Vojta, Alma, and I was up in the tower at the zoo. The gothic cathedral in Oloumouc is impressive. When you look at the details you realize what a job it is behind. Pet'a have their contacts, and let us even get into the church tower. In here include jobrapido the largest bell in Moravia and the second largest in the Czech Republic. The largest is in the cathedral at the Palace in Prague and weighs jobrapido twenty tons. This, however, consider "only" seven, but unlike the other tower bells ringing this still using manual labor. Nine people are required for this job. Four have to pull the ropes to get the clock to strike, four must relieve the first four because otherwise it becomes too heavy and the last must stop the pendulum when the bell shall be terminated to avoid unwelcome bijlud. Alma've begun to walk and take the now presented without any problems (at least on the surface is level). Yesterday I saw, moreover, that she managed to get up without the aid of a chair or wall etc. (Vojta however, claimed that he had seen her do this even earlier). As seen in the picture above, she has become dangerous to climb, which probably means an increased risk that one of the parents suffer from heart attack or similar. The stairwell is very popular, so if the weather is bad and the child is restless, this can be a potential solution to the problem. She is much better common app at climbing upwards than downwards. Snuggle up in bed, we were invited common app to Alvar's one-year common app birthday party this weekend and it was certainly exciting. There were quite a few children in Alma's age and had also Alvar's parents a giant dog, which, however, had to stay on the stairs. It can be added that the small was utterly exhausted when she came home. Since the weather at times not been the best, Alma has had the opportunity to test the rain clothes a little more.

It was a little visit on the west coast for me and Alma around midsummer and here are some of the pictures from litter and visit with grandma / great-grandmother. Alma has figured out how she can play the organ without pedal assistance from anyone else. An avid Alma decides to go out and play even before the clothes come on. Rubble mound is fun to dig in. Gunilla's old rocking horse is fun with unfortunately not so stable that swing on. Simon has a fun phone. In recent days, Alma managed hyperbole to get up to standing without our help ... ... but a little wobbly, it is indeed. Last Saturday we had time for a walk with Richard ... ... through Letenske Sady and castle area. We finished Dobra trafika at Ujezd, which despite its name is actually a cafe. Yesterday we visited the small Oldrich, which is only a little over three weeks old. Both Alma and Oldrich thrive in their baby carriers. In the evening we went to IKEA, because we needed new moving boxes. In addition, some need to childproof the apartment incurred.

Since it's been a while since we updated the blog has a lot has happened. Among other things, we have been on utomhuskoncert in City Hall Park. It was (among other things) Ida's brother who played, and it was really lovely summer atmosphere. Alma accepted effective for long moments she would wear ear protectors. The bands are testing the sound is ok. We even had time for a little trip with the family Ahlenius to 4H farm, and where there were certainly a lot to see. There was a recent visit in Zlin yesterday, both of "Aliens Police" and in Vojtas cousin. This time was Alma, however, in great spirits and examined happily all Vačiks toys. Toy train next to lunch, the restaurant was really fun, even if it's too small to go on it when it moves. It is our Zlin. After an eventful day faded the little earlier than usual.

We took a walk from Halenkovice doe to Napajedla. It is only about five kilometers between the two societies, but since Halenkovice located on a hill becomes the way home significantly more difficult than the way down. Alma enjoyed working at my father's stomach. It has become popular with solar panels in the Czech Republic. The reason for this is apparently that the government has introduced a fixed price of the excess electricity produced and that this price is relatively good (and tied in several years ahead). Apparently produced there now too much electricity and the government has tried to get out of the agreement, which, however, seems to be quite difficult. Napajedla, situated on the River Morava. I intend to begin with to see if I can get some pictures from the past weekend. There was a lot of snow (at least to be Prague), but nice and sunny. Therefore, snap we decided to take us a tour of Stromovka Park. Alma has now become so great that we had to upgrade the stroller, but it seemed as if even the new stroller majority was approved. Tady MAME Fotky z víkendu like třicátého do třicátého prvního ledna. Meli jsme docela dost snehu (VIC než normálně snap v Praze), ale bylo Slunicko a fastidious. Byli jsme woe Stromovce. Alma je už velká a potřebovala Novy kočárek. Myslíme, že see jí líbil.

We have now spent a few days in Finland with Tomáš and thought therefore take this opportunity to update the blog with some new pictures. We took the boat out to the fortress of Suomenlinna. Where could, among other things, this old submarine on display. Additionally, there was overtaken old cannons. Above the main entrance to the Visitor Alma and Tomáš examining one of the guns. It's fine to pose in front of the large anchor, but it was certainly not so good to sit on it. After a little hug, it is good again. It is not entirely wrong with a coffee break, especially if you get a taste of my father's bun. It was advertised in Helsinki, food and gadgets money from around the world, money but what goes up against a Semper Smoothie. It is exciting with horses. Of course money it is important to test Finland playgrounds. Among other things, Alma found a car in perfect shape. It's pretty exciting with a tunnel.

To begin with I would like to show an example of the Czech vegetarian food. Different types of meat is of course a key element of Czech cuisine and if you go on the regular Czech restaurant is usually deep-fried cheese or Date added brie cheese offered as vegetarian options. We forgot Alma

I thought I would post some pictures from the wedding we were in Slovakia this weekend. It was a good friend of Vojta who married and because his current cke wife is slovak wedding was held in her home area. The wedding was held in and outside of Poprad and this nice is that, with scales and everything. Hopefully we can get back one more time and enjoy some more of nature, for this time the visit was unfortunately quite short.
We forgot Alma's cke shoes at home, which may not have been optimal. It's actually almost impossible now to not let her walk around a bit. In other words, it was the socks that had to sacrifice himself to Alma could (among other things) explore the playground outside the hotel.
Alma refused to sleep when there was so much interesting to investigate. Among other things, she amused himself by crawling up and down the hotel stairs cke (which had pretty wide steps). She understands most of the time she has to go down with the bone until now.

If we are lucky enough to find a job that meets our expectations and satisfies our demands in all,


The present time offers graduates of high schools and universities mla format plethora of areas where they can find their place. If we are lucky enough to find a job that meets our expectations and satisfies our demands in all, it does not always mean that it is won. After a few years spent in one and the same enterprise may appear a certain feeling of exhaustion, a feeling that our current job does not move forward, mla format we simply stagnated in place and that we might like to try something new. It offers not only the necessary theory and techniques, but also an important tool for self-knowledge. Participants will gain everything they need for performance coaching, ie. How emotional experiences from their own personal development and highly effective body of knowledge and methods of coaching.
Specifically, the program includes a personal development coach, fundamentals of systemic theory, the acquisition of specific knowledge and skills needed to implement coaching, compliance with the Code of Ethics and coaching supervision.
The program is guided exclusively by accredited coaches with years of experience in the field of corporate coaching and psychotherapy. Participants appreciated among other things, that each of Supervisors is different personalities, but they all spring from the same source, thus experiencing "diversity in unity".
The training is suitable for anyone who wants to grow professionally and humanly, to be able to build better relationships, effectively affect other people and help them develop. Most of the participants are managers freelancer who thus significantly expand their managerial skills and reach people with much better results. Training is also full of qualifications and for those interested in professional coaching.
It is about 80 hours under the guidance of supervisors, 12 hours of self-help groups and 8 hours of coaching with a professional freelancer coach. The training program is divided into five two-day freelancer meeting led by accredited coaches and at least two six-hour meeting in a group with other participants freelancer (or three meetings after min. 4 hours). Individual coaching everyone arranges itself directly with the selected coach. They can be replaced if the participant completed a coaching in the past.
